Backfill - Backfilling is the process of putting the soil back into a trench or foundation once excavation, and the related work has been completed.
Trenching - A trench is a type of excavation or depression in the ground that is generally deeper than it is wide, and narrow compared with its length. Trenching is required for projects such as prepping for drainage pipes.
Final Grading - is the process of levelling of the surface. Dirt is moved into area to create a nice level surface to serve as the foundation for your project. Sometimes land grading may require you to move in additional dirt from somewhere else to complete the job. Grading can be flat or sloped depending on what you are looking to achieve.
Land Clearing - involves clearing brush, digging up rocks, filling in large holes with dirt, smoothing bumps and hills, removing shrubs and small trees, grinding and removing stumps.
Demolition - If you have something on your property that needs to be taken down such as an old shed, doghouse or even a trailer we have the equipment to do it!
Slab Prep - Looking to put in a new concrete slab? We will dig up, grade/level form and secure with rebar to make a perfect little patio, or whatever else you may be looking for.

Tree stump removal - Many yards are uneven due to roots growing nr=ear the surface or even tree stumps. We are happy to dig up or grind up and remove leftover debris.
Asphalt removal - Looking to get rid of old asphalt? We will break up and recycle your old stuff.
Concrete Removal - Similar to break up asphalt but with a little more force, we will remove and recycle any unwanted concrete.
Green-waste Removal - We tear down. clean up and haul away green-waste to be sifted through and recycled.
Driveway Prep - Have your driveway prepped for new concrete, asphalt or even compacted crushed rock. Of course, there is a lot more to it than meets the eye. Langley Bobcat Services will seamlessly come in and prep your existing area for you to park in. Whether its an existing driveway that we are tearing out and re vamping, or a grassy area you want extended for extra parking, we are here to meet your every need.
